Twilight Yin with Carrie

This Yin class will restore and reset the body activating the parasympathetic nervous system, transitioning you from the ‘doing’ of the day to the ‘being’ of the evening. Through passive poses that are held for 3-5 minutes following the meridians of the body, depending on the season, you will be invited to go inward to cultivate a sense of the ‘subtle’ that is happening within the body. Through the flow of the poses and intentional breathwork you will be guided to release any unwanted tension and stickiness that may have found its way into your physical and emotional field.
