The Open Practice

Your Practice, Your Pace—5 Sessions Per Week

Get strong in our 2-hour semi-private sessions where you work at your own rhythm across yoga, balance work, strength training, TRX, and restorative practices. Arrive anytime within the first 90 minutes. Tea, smoothies, and personalized guidance are included.

3 mornings per week and 2 afternoons. Limited space. Pre-registration is required.
