Move Sanctuary classes are like no other. I enter the sanctuary, and my focus goes inward. The movements feed my body, my mind, and my energy. I always leave with a floating feeling of peace and fulfillment. This work is a gift to oneself.

This space is unique in its offerings because they provide what makes us whole in mind. Classes don't only cover fitness, but creativity, expression, family support and self learning to name a few. Beyond the individual, they've instilled a sense of community in the space, from their opening day celebration to even offering childcare for families to attend workshops together. The grounds are beautiful and in a great location downtown!
