Elizabeth’s Class

Slow & Sweet Evening Vinyasa Tuesday Evenings at 5:15 PM

Elizabeth’s class is like caramel, slow and sweet. Show up however you are. Expect to leave feeling a little more grounded, a little more lifted, and a lot more relaxed. Slow and Sweet starts out with guided meditation and somatic techniques to activate the parasympathetic nervous system. Gentle flowing movement cleanses the subtle body and coaxes the body’s whole system into coherence. The practice finishes with a radiant relaxation to sluff off the doing mode, restore your sense of calm and whole bodied wellbeing.
