Susie is a yoga and movement teacher with over 12 years of experience helping people move with greater strength, ease, and awareness. Her classes blend yoga, functional movement, somatics, breathwork, and nervous system support to create practices that are accessible, playful, and empowering. Susie believes movement is an opportunity to build resilience, reconnect with ourselves, and carry a little more presence into everyday life.
