Lucy’s Yoga Class

Mindful Movement

A grounding practice rooted in the traditional foundations of Hatha Yoga. Through mindful movement, foundational postures, breathwork, and moments of relaxation and meditation, this class invites students to slow down, deepen awareness, and reconnect with themselves through movement, breath, and stillness. The pace is intentional and welcoming, creating space to build strength, flexibility, balance, and inner calm with presence and ease. Open to complete beginners as well as experienced practitioners wishing to return to the foundations with softness and attention.
