SOFIA TODD has been practicing all styles of yoga for over a decade and has been teaching in Los Angeles for the past few years. She recently returned from multiple trainings in Indonesia, earning her 500 RYT and cultivating a deeper knowledge of each style of yoga. There she dove into the history and philosophy of primarily Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga, and is passionate about getting back to the roots of what is truly means to practice yoga - to reunite with oneself. 

As a former shy kid, Sofia is passionate about creating an environment that allows her students to feel safe & seen, while also encouraging them to step outside of their comfort zone and try something new. Yoga & teaching transformed her life and showed her that it’s okay to be seen and take up space, and she is passionate about doing the same for others.

A powerful class that combines vinyasa yoga poses and sequences with handheld weights, to build strength and tone the entire body. Yoga Sculpt is about connecting mind, body, breath, and music. Have fun, let go, and leave class feeling empowered and ready to take on your day.

SLOW FLOW Wednesday at 10:30 AM

A slow, gentle yoga class with intentionally sequenced postures to open your body and calm your mind. A mindful flow that encourages a sweet release & reset, designed to help restore your nervous system.
