ABOUT TASHA (E-RYT 500)
Tasha has been a dedicated student of yoga since 2009. After 25 years as a gymnast and endurance athlete, she turned to yoga as a grounding practice to balance the intensity of motherhood and reconnect with her body, mind, and spirit. Today, at 56, yoga continues to be her guiding ritual — a daily practice that taps into body wisdom, presence, and deeper connection.
She completed her E-RYT 500 with Saul David Raye in 2015 and has studied with Shiva Rea, Janet Stone, Judith Lasater, and David Life and Sharon Gannon, founders of Jivamukti Yoga.
For the past 13 years, Tasha has taught group and private classes in Ojai, CA. Her offerings also include sound healing and Human Design–led workshops and coaching. Her classes are breath-focused and heart-opening, creating a supportive space that sparks self-connection and lasting self-trust.

A steady, breath-led class designed to ground the body, calm the mind, and root you in the heart. This practice blends strength, fluid movement, and guided meditation to leave you grounded, clear, and deeply connected. All levels welcome.
