Teja has been guiding meditation and awakening for over 50 years. Fully experienced in many meditation methods - mantra japa, samadhi, Zen, Dzogchen, Vipassana, Tibetan, Insight etc. - Teja creates a welcoming and open space for all sitting with him to fall naturally into the deepest resonance with their true nature, pure Awareness. From his direct experience, Teja also provides deep insight of resting in pure Being, beyond thoughts, words and the identification with the false ‘self.’ 

Teja is the author of “Watching Your Life: Meditation Simplified & Demystified” and regularly leads international satsangs and retreats with his worldwide sangha, both in-person and online.

Beginner True Meditation Saturday Morning at 8 AM

New to meditation? Unclear what true meditation is and how to do it? Welcome to your Self, this class is for you! Teja will simply & clearly guide you into true meditation, creating a sacred space for you to easily slip into the pure meditative state.

The one-hour time slot invites you to stay in meditation as long or short as you wish. Go deep for the full hour, or exit quietly after 15-30 minutes, according to your comfort level and meditative progress. Includes time for questions and guidance.

True Meditation for Experienced Meditators Monday Evening at 7 PM

For those who already have a regular meditation practice and feel comfortable going deep for an hour or more. Teja's clarity and experience in numerous meditation methods support your already-established approach while guiding you into more expansive levels of true meditation.
