After 35 years of guiding women through movement, I know this: transformation doesn't happen through force. It happens through permission.
The Open Practice is a 2-hour semi-private session where you work at your own rhythm across multiple modalities—yoga, Pilates fusion, strength training, TRX, stretching, and restorative work. Arrive anytime within the first 90 minutes. Choose your stations. Move at your pace. I'll be there to guide you.
Coffee, smoothies, and personalized attention included. Finish with a mini massage. Limited to 8-10 people per session.
This isn't a class you follow. It's a practice you create.

About Jacqui
I've been teaching movement for 35 years—from competitive figure skating to 90s punk rock stages to yoga studios. I've worked with millions through LinkedIn Learning and now guide women through The Open Practice and my Ungrip methodology.
This isn't about perfection. It's about permission. Permission to soften. To meet yourself where you are. To feel at home in your body. To be Strong + Vital.

FAQs
Do I need to arrive at the start time?
No. You can arrive anytime within the first 90 minutes. I recommend arriving early to get the full 2-hour experience.
What if I've never done yoga/strength training /TRX before?
Perfect. I'll guide you. Every station has modifications, and you work at your own pace.
What if I can only stay for part of the 2 hours?
That's fine. Come for what works for your schedule.
Do class packs expire?
5 sessions: 90 days. 10 sessions: 6 months. 20 sessions: 12 months.
What should I bring?
Just a small towel. We provide all equipment, props, coffee, smoothies, and snacks.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, with 24 hours notice. We maintain a waitlist for each session.
How many people are in each session?
8-10 maximum. This keeps it intimate and ensures you get personalized attention.
