Are you curious about creative movement and deep connection? Contact Improvisation is a unique and evolving form of dance that emphasizes listening, responding, and co-creating in ‘contact’ with others.

In this workshop we will explore a variety of concepts and techniques relevant to this ‘postmodern partner dance’ with lots of space to practice and to feel: touch, space, ground, momentum, weight, breath, sensations, spaciousness.   

Held by movement aficionados Oliwa and Vera Rodriguez.

This workshop is open to all, no experience necessary.  

Please come freshly showered, teeth brushed, fresh clothes. We recommend bringing a water bottle, soft knee pads, hand towel, and long sleeve clothes that allow you to move freely.
