Fall Equinox Sound Ritual—Bridging the Light and the Dark
Join Seshen for an intentional celebration of the Fall Equinox with a ritual, guided meditation and sound bath.
The intention for this evening is to weave together light and dark, yin and yang, and the worlds of spirit and matter within us—bringing them into harmony and equilibrium as we preparing our body, mind, and energy for the seasonal transition.
The evening begins with a ritual involving simple movement and visualization, followed by a short guided meditation and the sound bath.
Seshen blends the pure tones of clear quartz crystal singing bowls, pyramids, and harp with her voice. The music is composed in the moment, tuned to the group’s energy. This allows the sound to alchemize both the collective and individual energetic needs, restoring balance and fostering a deeper sense of calm and connection.
This special season, where light and dark have the same length, has been celebrated in various cultures for centuries. Celebrate this seasonal portal of the year and embrace the transition with the healing power of sound and community connection.

Men’s Breathwork Circle with Ben Mac Brown
This one’s for the Gents.
We talk. We breathe. We rest.
Most of us have never experienced how much we can move in one session of good, strong breathing.
We'll start by seeing what's present — a short conversation, just enough to settle in and name what's alive in the room. Then you'll find a spot to lie down, and we'll breathe.
In this workshop we'll primarily be using an active, rhythmic breath, held by a playlist built to carry you through the arc of the experience.
You might feel a little tingling at first, usually starting in the hands. There's often a wall of resistance somewhere in there too — a point where some part of you wants to stop, explain, or manage what's happening.
I'll ask you to stay with it. And on the other side of that wall is a kind of breaking through.
Some find it psychedelic — color, sensation, a loosening of the usual edges. What's happening, roughly, is that the part of the brain responsible for the narrative self — the inner editor, the one that tells you who you're supposed to be — goes quiet. Not forever. Just long enough for something underneath to surface.
Most of us don't have a practice for this. We're trained to hold pressure, not release it — to carry the stuck and the charged until it finds its own way out. Usually sideways. Usually at the wrong moment. Usually alone.
This isn't about talking it through. It's physiological. The breath finds what's pressurized and gives it somewhere to go.
What follows is fifteen minutes of the deepest rest most of us have felt in a long time. The heart rate slows. Muscles release. The brain, still and quiet, consolidates and integrates the experience. No prior breathwork experience is needed. All you need to do is show up, and lean in.
We talk. We breathe. And we rest.
It's that simple. And if you feel like talking after, we can do that too — over a cup of tea in the garden outside the studio.

ABOUT BEN
As a breathworker, I meet people in all manner of moments. Moments of transition and moments of resistance. Creative blocks. Emotional blocks. Childhood wounds and those so recent they’re still without a first attempt to scab over.
The container I create is held through the breath, the body, and sound. Through movement, meditation, and years of sitting with people in one-on-one sessions and group spaces.
What matters isn’t the category. It’s the moment. We meet whatever is there. We do it with courage, honesty, and grace.
Whatever comes, we’ll stay with it. My role is to help you access it — to reflect it back to you — and to hold space while you do your magic.

ABOUT Carolina
Carolina Nella is a certified Breathwork and Cacao Facilitator, trained in Lake Atitlán, Guatemala, and Peru. She has been practicing breathwork for over five years after falling in love with its ability to unlock deep emotional healing and spiritual connection.
Her love for breathwork led her to an immersive “Transformational Breathwork & Sacred Space Holding” training in Guatemala, where she learned not only to guide conscious breathwork journeys but also to create grounded, nurturing spaces for deep inner work.
Her time in Guatemala deeply influenced her approach, weaving in earth-honoring rituals, cacao ceremony, and the ancestral wisdom of the land.
Her connection to ceremonial cacao began in 2024 during a visit to a cacao forest in Guatemala, where she first experienced its heart-opening medicine and its ability to cultivate presence, emotional openness, and deeper connection. This experience inspired her to continue studying cacao through both a three-month virtual training and an eight-day immersive training in the cacao forests of Peru, deepening both her personal relationship with the medicine and her approach to facilitating cacao circles in a grounded, respectful, and intentional way.
Today, she weaves breathwork and cacao into embodied experiences that support people in softening into the body, reconnecting with inner truth, and returning to a felt sense of presence.

Summer Solstice Dance: An Embodied Celebration
Join us for a special Summer Solstice gathering of movement, music, and community—celebrating the longest day of the year. This is the first of a new series at the studio. Beginning in July, a monthly Full Moon Dance will be offered as an ongoing invitation into embodied practice and conscious community gathering. If you are seeking a deeper, more intentional space to move—rooted in presence, somatic awareness, and relational connection—this invitation is for you.
The Container & The Journey
This 90-minute intentional container invites you into embodied presence through free-form, conscious dance, connecting body, heart, soul, earth, and the interconnection of all life.
The Arrival: Gentle music will guide a warm-up to help you land fully in your body, arriving into space, gravity, and embodied presence. You will be offered simple somatic prompts and creative movement invitations during the first 15–20 minutes to seed inspiration and support deeper embodiment.
The Movement Voyage: An hour-long free-form movement journey unfolds through multi-genre music, weaving a range of dynamics, textures, energies, and atmospheres—moving through depths and heights, from core to expansiveness. The arc of the journey is informed by Soul Motion, a relational, improvisational movement practice rooted in awareness and embodied presence. We move from the inside out, in relationship with space, music, and one another.
The Integration: We close with a grounding circle to integrate the experience, share, and honor the collective space we have created together.
All bodies are welcome. No prior dance experience is needed—just bring your curiosity, comfortable clothing, and an open heart.*Join us for a Summer Solstice Community Potluck from 5:00–7:00 PM before the dance. More details HERE.
