Seshen blends the pure tones of clear quartz crystal singing bowls, pyramids, and harp with her voice, composing music in the moment that is attuned to the group’s energy and intention.
The evening begins with a guided meditation, helping us settle into our bodies and the present moment, creating space for deep healing. This is followed by a 50-minute immersive sound journey, culminating in an integration to anchor the experience.
In this sacred space, the vibrations of your body merge with sound, crystal energy, and intention, guiding you toward clarity, balance, alignment, and connection with your true essence. Together, we foster resilience by strengthening our heart energy, both individually and as a community.
ABOUT SESHEN
Based in Ojai and originally from Japan, Seshen has been facilitating intentional sound healing rituals since 2016. She weaves together her expertise as a somatic therapist and her artistry as a vocalist and improviser—supported by a Master’s degree in music and improvisation—to create immersive sound experiences. Her work is deeply rooted in nature, her Japanese heritage, and more than 15 years of body-centered therapeutic practice.
