Blue Moon Crystal Sound Healing — Inner Cellular Reset

  • Move Sanctuary 306 East Matilija Street Ojai, CA, 93023 United States (map)

Join Seshen for an evening of deep nourishment through the healing power of sound, vibration, and presence.

This May, we gather under the rare Blue Moon—the second full moon of the month—a time often associated with heightened illumination and completion. In this potent window, we turn inward to connect with the subtle intelligence of the body and the living field within our cells.

Through sound and resonance, we invite a gentle re-harmonizing of the body’s inner landscape—supporting clarity, balance, and renewal.

Seshen weaves together the pure tones of clear quartz crystal singing bowls, pyramids, harp, and voice—intuitively composing in real time, guided by the subtle energy of the space and the group. Each soundscape becomes a living transmission, unfolding moment by moment.

We begin with a gentle guided meditation to support arrival into the body and present-moment awareness. From here, you will be immersed in a 50-minute sound journey, allowing vibration to move through the physical and energetic body without effort or direction. The evening closes with a grounding integration to support embodiment and integration.

Within this immersive field, sound, intention, and vibration meet the fluid intelligence of the body. Layers of tension may unwind, perception may soften, and a deeper sense of inner alignment can emerge naturally. In this space of resonance, the nervous system is invited to soften, the body to reorganize, and awareness to settle into a more spacious state of coherence.
