Join Seshen for an intentional celebration of the Spring Equinox with a ritual, guided meditation, and sound bath.
We will gather the day after the Spring Equinox, as the balance of light and dark begins to tip toward increasing daylight.
The intention for this evening is to connect with your inner light and allow it to nurture the growth of what you wish to manifest from your heart, as the days continue to lengthen toward the Summer Solstice.
The evening begins with a gentle ritual incorporating simple movement and visualization, followed by a short guided meditation and a restorative sound bath.
Seshen blends the pure tones of clear quartz crystal singing bowls, pyramids, and harp with her voice. The music is composed intuitively in the moment, tuned to the group’s energy. This allows the sound to alchemize both collective and individual energetic needs, restoring balance and fostering a deeper sense of calm and connection.
The Spring Equinox—a day when light and dark are of equal length—has been celebrated in cultures around the world for centuries. Join us to honor this seasonal portal and embrace the transition with mindfulness, community, and intentional practice.
