Join Seshen for an evening of deep nourishment and reconnection through the healing power of sound, vibration, and presence.
As November unfolds and we approach the season of Thanksgiving, we gather to attune to the spirit of gratitude—to collectively recognize and honor the abundance in our lives, while offering our thanks to the land and the natural world that sustain us. Through this shared experience, we create space to slow down, open our senses, and deepen our connection to the gifts of life, both seen and unseen.
Seshen blends the pure tones of clear quartz crystal singing bowls, pyramids, and harp with her voice, composing music in the moment that is attuned to the group's energy and intention.
The evening begins with a guided meditation and gentle toning to ground into the body, soften into the heart space, and cultivate a sense of appreciation for the present moment. This is followed by a 50-minute immersive sound journey, culminating in integration and a final round of toning to help anchor the experience.
In this immersive journey, the vibrations of your body merge with sound, crystal energy, and intention, guiding you toward balance, harmony, and a deeper sense of connection. Together, we create a sacred space to honor the gifts of our lives and celebrate the nourishment that is within and around us, gathering in gratitude and in community.
