Join Seshen for an intentional celebration of the Fall Equinox with a ritual, guided meditation and sound bath.
The intention for this evening is to weave together light and dark, yin and yang, and the worlds of spirit and matter within us—bringing them into harmony and equilibrium as we preparing our body, mind, and energy for the seasonal transition.
The evening begins with a ritual involving simple movement and visualization, followed by a short guided meditation and the sound bath.
Seshen blends the pure tones of clear quartz crystal singing bowls, pyramids, and harp with her voice. The music is composed in the moment, tuned to the group’s energy. This allows the sound to alchemize both the collective and individual energetic needs, restoring balance and fostering a deeper sense of calm and connection.
This special season, where light and dark have the same length, has been celebrated in various cultures for centuries. Celebrate this seasonal portal of the year and embrace the transition with the healing power of sound and community connection.
