Join Seshen and the Move Sanctuary community for an enchanting evening of community celebration as we honor the hight of the power of light. The Summer Solstice is a time to embrace the abundance of light, both in the world around us and within our own beings. This special event invites you to connect with the solstice energy, fostering renewal, vitality, and inner peace.
To begin the evening, we will partake in a ritual to honor the light, connecting with the energy of the sun both within and without. Following this, a short guided meditation will deepen your connection to your inner light, aligning your mind and body for the sound journey.
The evening culminates in a sound bath with crystal singing bowls, crystal singing pyramids, crystal harp and vocal tones. The harmonious symphony supports the expansion of the light within, awakening renewal, clarity, and inner harmony.

ABOUT SESHEN
Based in Ojai and originally from Japan, Seshen is a somatic practitioner and sound artist specializing in nervous system regulation and deep embodied repatterning. In her private practice, she supports women in exploring early developmental and attachment patterns through a body-centered, integrative approach.
Her sound work extends this therapeutic foundation, woven with her background in music and improvisation. Using crystal instruments, voice, and intuitive composition, she creates immersive sound experiences that support regulation, release, and deeper shifts on both physiological and energetic levels.
Her work is informed by over 15 years of somatic practice, a Master’s degree in music and improvisation, and a lifelong connection to nature and Japanese aesthetic sensibility.
