Week 1: Foundation We review the 3-day food journal you submitted before the first session. Together, we dig into your macros, establish your baseline with weigh-ins and measurements, and set your goals. You'll receive your Metabolic Tool Kit. We remove sugar and alcohol together—day one, fully supported.
Weeks 2-3: Adjustment & Personalization Your body is adapting. Energy may dip, then surge. We navigate cravings and celebrate wins. But here's where it gets personal: we dig deep into nutrition—what works for YOUR body, not what's trending. We develop your personal shopping list and talk through family dynamics, social situations, and real life. Daily support keeps you steady.
Weeks 4-5: Transformation & New Habits This is where you feel it. Clothes may fit differently. Energy is consistent. Sleep improves. We take a shopping field trip—learning nutrition labels, breaking old habits, forming new ones. You're not just following a plan anymore. You're building a practice.
Week 6: Integration & Real Life Dinner out (you pay for your own meal). We practice eating out, staying on YOUR plan, and actually having fun. Final assesment. We celebrate your progress and create your sustainable path forward. You leave with tools for life.

FAQs
Do I have to give up sugar and
alcohol forever?
No. Six weeks is your reset. What you do after is your choice—but most people find they don't want to
go back.
What if I can't make a Monday session?
Life happens. You'll still have access to the private group chat and can catch up with me the next day.
Do I need to be doing The Open Practice?
No. This is completely standalone. But you get one free drop-in to try it.
Can I eat fruit?
Yes. We're removing added sugar, not natural sugars in whole foods. I may make suggestions for ideal fruits based on the plan we develop together, but I eat fruit daily.
What about coffee?
Yes! I’m not that mean. :) Coffee is fine—just no sugar or sweeteners. I don’t love oat milk, so don’t suggest it—more about that in our sessions.
Will I lose weight?
Most participants do. But the real transformation is how you feel—energy, sleep, clarity, ease in your body.
Does my age matter or how much weight I want to let go of?
