The Summer Solstice is a time to embrace the abundance of light, both in the world around us and within our own beings. This special event invites you to connect with the solstice energy, fostering renewal, vitality, and inner peace.

To begin the evening, we will partake in a ritual to honor the light, connecting with the energy of the sun both within and without. Following this, a short guided meditation will deepen your connection to your inner light, aligning your mind and body for the sound journey.

The evening culminates in a sound bath, featuring crystal singing bowls, pyramids, and soothing vocal tones. This harmonious symphony brings renewal through restoration, rejuvenation, and purification.

ABOUT SESHEN

Based in Ojai and originally from Japan, Seshen has facilitated intentional sound healing rituals since 2016. Blending her expertise as a somatic therapist with her artistry as a vocalist and improviser, Seshen creates sound healing rituals that are deeply rooted in nature, her Japanese heritage, and over 15 years of body-centered therapeutic practices.
