Join Seshen for an evening of deep nourishment through the healing power of sound, stillness, and presence. In this sacred space, the vibrations of our bodies merge with the crystal energy, sound, and intention, guiding us toward wholeness.

Seshen blends the pure tones of clear quartz crystal singing bowls and pyramids with her voice, tuning into the stillness that exists within all things. The music she creates in the moment helps align our body, mind, and soul, fostering harmony and expressing gratitude for nature, our connections, and the wholeness that resides within us.

The evening begins with a gentle body awareness practice and a guided meditation, allowing us to settle into the present moment, embrace our bodies, and enter the healing space within and around us. After a 45-50 minute sound journey, the event concludes with a brief integration to anchor the experience.

ABOUT SESHEN

Based in Ojai and originally from Japan, Seshen has facilitated intentional sound healing rituals since 2016. Blending her expertise as a somatic therapist with her artistry as a vocalist and improviser, Seshen creates sound healing rituals that are deeply rooted in nature, her Japanese heritage, and over 15 years of body-centered therapeutic practices.
