In Japanese culture, the New Year is one of the most revered times of the year—a moment to embrace new beginnings, purify the mind and spirit, and anchor oneself in hope, intention, and gratitude.
Join Seshen for a sacred community gathering to honor new beginnings, set intentions, and renew your spirit.
We’ll begin with a heart-opening ritual to plant your New Year’s resolutions, followed by a purification practice with 108 resonant sounds, echoing the sacred tradition observed in temples across Japan from New Year’s Eve into the first dawn of the year.
A guided meditation will prepare you to fully immerse in the intentional sound bath, created live with crystal singing bowls, pyramids, harp, and ethereal vocals—surrounding you with healing, balance, and renewal.
Gift yourself and your loved ones this special opportunity to start the year with magic, intention, and resilience, setting a harmonious tone for the year ahead.
